IP à ne pas scanner

Une IP c'est un numéro qu'on vous donne à chaque connexion à Internet. Ce numéro à ce format : xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx . Dans chaqu'une des 4 parties séparées par des points, il peut y avoir un numéro entre 0 et 255 (exemple : 80.47.162.0) . Tout white hat hacker doit un jour voir comment marche un scanneur d'IP.
